Good people & workers but we can work harder I know because I do everyday & if I / Marie takes your order i will make sure you get it but if we're busy it will take longer to get your food & if you go outside without telling your cashiers that will be a hold up as well. I / We Understand Your Situation we definitely Been there before & we will keep trying to do Our Best & Yes we get busy & A little confused just bare with us Its fan food not fast food meaning everything is dropped fresh
I don't know how they did it, but there was a love of cars 8 long, including us. We had our food within 10 minutes. It's possible they were mostly ice cream orders but our whole order was correct!! Good job!
This is in regards to the 16th Street location. Consistently bad experiences. From the service being slow and lackluster. We order the same thing, and it is NEVER the same amount of ice cream. We'll we be going to other DQ's. You've lost a pair of very regular customers
Not very often you get a 5 star experience with fast food. I just have to say how truly impressed and happy with the experience we had yesterday at the 16th location! Our kids got shots, so we took them for ice cream. The staff was friendly, fast, super attentive, very kind and so helpful! We will be back and i highly recommend a trip to their dining experience!!!!!
This Dairy Queen is on my way home so it’s one of my most frequented fast food spots. With most fast food, I don’t have super high expectations for the overall experience, but tonight I had such a great service experience it moved me to leave a positive review. I’m not sure what has changed but the service was fantastic. The person in drive up seemed to be having a great time, was extremely polite, and made suggestions to help me find the best value for my meal. The meal itself came out and looked like it was actually packaged with care. Thanks for the great service, I’m actually looking forward to returning!
Was traveling and needed something to hold me over. Drive through was quick and the staff friendly. Nothing beats a Malt and Cheese Curds to satisfy a grumbling stomach .
Stopped in for Blizzards, snickers is the best.. it was perfectly made and a great ending to the day!
A good clean store with fast service in a fairly new building shows. I've been here a number of times and I've always been met with good service and good quality. The drive-thru and outdoor seating areas are an extra nice touch and not something you see every DQ.
